For Several Months Now I Have Been Experiencing What Feels

For several months now I have been experiencing what feels like a numbing/tingling feeling in my head. Almost like an electrical charge. It doesn't hurt but it kind of disorienting and very annoying. I feel disconnected almost and distracted. I was taking an anti-depressant and stopped taking it about 3 weeks ago to see if it would stop and it still continues. I am 30, 5'8", 125lbs, have 2 kids and am very healthy. Please if anybody has an idea what this could be would be greatly appreciated!
