For Several Months Now I Have Suffered From My Scalp

For several months now I have suffered from my scalp weeping, red dry skin around my neck and between my shoulder blades. Skin peeling and dryness on my ears and the backs of my hand and between my fingers are red and extremely dry. Doctors have been unable to determine what is wrong. Biopsy done, blood work, steroids, and several different creams. None have worked. Also, my hair is falling out. Any advice would be welcome.
