For Several Weeks, Every Now And Then I Get A

For several weeks, every now and then I get a sharp (but not disabling) pain in different areas of my stomach. Sometimes in the chest area as well. I don't have a fever. I'm not having any bowel problems. My primary care physician did increase my thyroid medicine a few weeks ago (levothyroxine) from 2.0 mg to 2,25 mg. Wonder if that could have something to do with it. Feels like somebody sticking me with a safety pin. I'm 64 years old.
