For Several Years It Appears That My Calves And Sometimes

For several years it appears that my calves and sometimes my thighs get rock hard and painful like they can not get ride of lactic acid. I have not found a solution or cause for this. Oh God, can you help me? Please forgive me but a family physician and not a specialize will not be able to answer my question as I have been to many many doctors with no results.
