For Some Time I've Had A Tingling In My Fingertips.

For some time I've had a tingling in my fingertips. They will go numb. I type for a living so this makes work painful. I'm overweight by about 200 lbs and taking medication for gout. About 3-4 days ago, my lower back started hurting so bad I couldn't get out of bed or move around. This has happened before in the past, but, never this bad, nor this long. When I use the bathroom, it is alleviated for a short time. But, has then come back.
