For Some Time Now I Have Had Strange Sensations Around

For some time now I have had strange sensations around the heart area. At times I feel like my heart flutters (which it has done in the past) and the episodes have become more recent. I am also feeling a tickling sensation. this sensation is stronger when i take a deep breath in. I have family history of cardiovascular conditions and I am feeling a bit nervous, especially since I am 26 yo.
I am average weight and height. Exercise little (1-2 times a week), and currently work and attend grad school. I'm not sure if it is stress related.
