For Some Weeks Now Have Had Genitalia, Mid And Lower

For some weeks now have had genitalia, mid and lower back, torso, neck rash and itching. No painful urination, no discharge just severe itching. Has occurred before several times and went to seek medical treatment...biopsy was done on rash back in the summer but came back and benign and was determined that may be a reaction to prescribed mess. Body rash has been going on for years, coming and going chronically and intermittently.
