For Sometime Now, Ever Bone, Joint And Muscle Hurts And

For sometime now, ever bone, joint and muscle hurts and aches within my body, to a point that there are days I can't even get out of bed. I am only 60 (a young 60), who has always been active and now there are days that I can barely walk or even get out of the car. Some days are so bad, I take one of my husbands pain meds from when he had surgery. I do have a scheduled doctors appointment on 11/24. Meanwhile, do you have any idea what maybe the issue?
