For Ten Days I Have Had A Severe Cold Without

For ten days I have had a severe cold without a fever but in a lot of pain in head, neck, ears and throat. I was an antibiotic for 5 days and it didn't help. I have a lot of congestion that I can't loosen. Advil, etc does not help with the pain. Mucinex, etc is not helping with the congestion.
