For The First Time Last Night I Awoke From Nighmares

For the first time last night I awoke from nighmares 3 times during my sleep. But what I felt, scared me. I was numb in my face and tounge. I tried calling for help but I couldn't because I was numb. I felt as though someone was holding both my hands so tightly, I couldn't feel them. That happened all three times. but during the first night mare, I heard a mans voice. I was so scared to sleep
