For The First Time On Tuesday I Experienced A Weird

For the first time on Tuesday I experienced a weird sensation in my arms, they feel very heavy and I get a tightness in the middle of my chest and feel all the way to my back. This happened a couple times on Tuesday none yesterday but today I have had it happen 4-5 times. It only lasts 5-10 seconds.
