For The First Time Today I Used A Menstrual Cup

For the first time today i used a menstrual cup but now i cant find it to take it out i cant feel it with my fingers at all. I have started bleeding a little heavier and when i pushed like i was having a bowel movement like the directions said but the only thing that happens is passing huge blood clots.
