For The Last 2 Days Whether I've Been On My

For the last 2 days whether I've been on my feet or sitting at work at the end of the day I notice that my ankles on both sides are swollen and they don't hurt. I am bloated and seemed to be gaining weight when I shouldn't be. Both breast are sensitive to the touch in the nipple area. I am birth control which is a device in my arm which is good for 5 years and only just starting the 2nd year. I know the symptoms do sound like I am pregnant but I know I am not as I haven't had sex since January. I don't know if I should go into the er or not.
