For The Last 2 Full Days I Have Had Continuous

For the last 2 full days I have had continuous pain in my upper chest, right below throat. I was told acid reflux but shouldn't that go away instead of 2 going on 3 days now. Its every time I breath, eat, swallow, cough.
There is no relief. Ive tried tums so far. And drinking milk now. Please and I mean please if anyone that is reading this, please help
