For The Last 2 Weeks, My Son Has Been Saying

For the last 2 weeks, my son has been saying "my legs hurt" He's 4 so i passed it off as growing pains.
From last night to this morning, he's been having stomach pain, and diarrhea.
When i went home for lunch he said his Back was hurting, inside, not like he banged it. (His words)
Last year my wife had Viral Meningitis. aside form the diarrhea, the symptoms are similar... what should i do?
