For The Last 3 Months I Have Been Getting Lots

For the last 3 months I have been getting lots of tiny red fluid filled spots on my nose to the point where it's so red it looks like a persons nose which drinks alcohol a lot, I keep my face very clean in the hope they will go away but to no avail, they pop up occasionally on my cheeks but are permanently on my nose popping up overnight, I am in my early 60s
