For The Last 3 Months I Have Been Having Very

For the last 3 months I have been having very intense period cramps. Now this month it is extremely painful when I pass gas. I have a very intense stabbing pain that subsides into what feels like an uncomfortable pressure. The whole episode is different from my period cramps and only lasts about a minute total. I also have the same pain and pressure when I first sit down. I have to sit very carefully when I am on my period. This only lasts 1 maybe 2 days of my cycle. Is this just me getting older or something I should worry about?
