For The Last 4-6 Weeks My Ears Ger Clogged. Every

For the last 4-6 weeks my ears ger clogged. Every now and then my throat feels scratchy and my left jar locks for a second at a time. Sometimes my cheeks and nose are reddish (like a slight sunburn and today my left ear was sore and hot (but not any longer). Everything comes and goes. Any suggestions of what this can be?
