For The Last 48 Hours I Have Had A Slight

For the last 48 hours I have had a slight to noticeable shortness of breath. I have had four to five bowl movements a day with hard to soft stool going from brown to pea green. My latest blood pressure rate was 134/96, but I have a history of hypertension. I am not on any medications. I do feel a little congested and my sinuses are very dry.
