For The Last 6 Weeks All Of A Sudden I

For the last 6 weeks All of a sudden I can not tolerate eggs, milk, cheese. I will vomit them up, constant nausea, and diarrhea, plus chest pains. The doctor has me on the patch,.4, for now. He is trying to stabylize me. I thought it was my gallbladder but the ultra sound says everything is okay. I failed the stress test and EKG. I am a diabetic, take thyroid medication and I am 72 yrs old. Could I have Atrial Fibulation?
