For The Last 8 Months I've Had Mulitple Joint Pain,

For the last 8 months I've had mulitple joint pain, mainly in my hands and wrists, shoulders, hips, ankles elbows. Stiffness most of the time, fatigue, upper back pain starting from the top of neck to mid spine. Tingling in hands, fingers, toes and sometimes face and lips. At times swallowing is strange and feel food still in the back of throat. I have raised inflammation levels but other blood work is ok. My rheumatoid factor is neg. have been referred to rheumatology consultant but after seeing him 3 times I've just been sent home again with no answers.
