For The Last 8 Years I Have Experienced A Deterioration

For the last 8 years I have experienced a deterioration in mobility in my left arm. I feel weakness and inability to use my left arm, and experience significant difficulty balancing when walking. I have to tie the upper left arm with a band in case I want to use it. Visits to doctors in the past yielded no solution. Please advice if possible.
