For The Last Couple Of Days My Legs Feel Like

For the last couple of days my legs feel like there on fire.they throb and i get chills as my body is feverish..i dont have any other signs to consist of for flu ,the pain gets so bad sometimes at night it wakes me from sleep..now today my lower back , shoulders and neck also feel that way..no symtpms of feeling dizzy or vomitting..sometimes shortness of breath and i have had a cough for a few months that i cant shake..it is a tickle in my throat that makes me cough..
