For The Last Couple Of Weeks I Have Been Having

For the last couple of weeks I have been having back pain. It has been in different spots. Some of it is shooting. Some is soreness. During that time I have gone through phases with my stomach churning like crazy after I eat. Cannot narrow it to eating certain things. Also had some soreness and dull pain on the right side of my chest. It all started around the same time.
