For The Last Couple Of Weeks When I Eat Something

For the last couple of weeks when i eat something mainly in the evening my left arm hurts. I suffer with gerd and have a hatial hernia. It happens with my right arm also but not as nuch as the left. I pulled my left arm out of place a few years ago and the sleep on the left side which usually gives me a lot of pain. I am on the heavy side. What can this be. Please give me some answers. I also suffer from anxiety very bad.
