For The Last Few Days, I Have Been Sneezing, Coughing,

For the last few days, I have been sneezing, coughing, and my head feels enlarged. I have had sinus issues before; could it be that I am having a bout of it again? What medication should I be taking? Also, I have a plane trip to take in a few days; should I travel with this condition? Feeling terrible!
