For The Last Few Days I Have Experienced Dizzy Spells

For the last few days I have experienced dizzy spells when I stand up or move suddenly , my blood sugar has been ok-150-170 avg, it's normally 130 avg. my blood pressure is good avg 112/80. I take blood pressure meds and anti-depressant. I havnt taken my anti depressant for bout a week because I'm out n trying to get it filled.
