For The Last Few Days I Have Had A Dull

For the last few days I have had a dull throbbing sensation in my mid to upper left arm. Since I am on blood thinners, blood pressure medicine and have had a heart attack in the past, I'm worried that this symptom might be related to heart problems. What do you think I should do?
