For The Last Few Days I've Been Having A Hollow

For the last few days I've been having a hollow type feeling in my legs when I tap on them. It also feels this way if someone taps the floor close by. Crazy as it sound when I pass gas I get the hollow sound/feeling in my legs. What could it possibly be?
