For The Last Few Days, Ever Time I Cough, Choke,

For the last few days, ever time I cough, choke, or sneeze it feels like I am being electrocuted. I get the feeling across the back of my shoulders and down to the middle of my back and slightly down my arms. I have a history of chronic bronchitis and POTS, not sure if this has anything to do with either as it is a new symptom and is very painful.
