For The Last Few Days My Bottom Two Teeth (not

For the last few days my bottom two teeth (not the front two but the ones next to them) are feeling wobbly the tiniest bit when I push them with my fingers. I can't move them with my tongue or anything. When I was 14-16 I wore braces and 16-19 (now) i wear retainers every night. On whole my teeth are quite straight and clean with no plaque build up or inflamed gums etc. Is this usual to have a tiny bit wobbly teeth? I need to know since I'm leaving my country in two days for a number of months so I don't know the next time I may see a doctor. Thanks!
