For The Last Few Months I Have What I Believe

For the last few months I have what I believe is pulsating ear ringing. My bp is not high. It is more in the low end. In addition to that I have a spot of the top of my head if I put pressure on it it hurts and "spiders" down around the crown of my head. The spot only hurts when I put pressure on it.
