For The Last Few Months I've Been Getting Really Bad

For the last few months I've been getting really bad car sickness but only sometimes. In sedans and smallers cars it really bad for me in the passenger seat. I get extremely nauseous and I get a bad headache. I just started happening and I don't know why. I've never had a problem with this. I haven't changed my eating habits or anything either.
