For The Last Few Weeks, I Fall A Sleep And

For the last few weeks, I fall a sleep and wake up with my left arm completely numb. I was not sleeping on my left arm. I sleep on my back or right side. The arm is numb and painful.

Additionally , I feel heaviness on my left side of my chest. This happens while lying down, falling a sleep, or tieredness. Sometimes this feels Like a shock running through my body.

What can this all mean? Thanks
