For The Last Few Weeks I Have Had An Intense

For the last few weeks I have had an intense itch on the front of my neck. I am 73 years old and have been shaving for 60 years. I have changed razor with no improvement. I stopped using my regular aftershave with no change. There is no apparent rash or noticeable skin eruption. I have not changed soap, laundry detergent or any other chemicals in my environment. I have not changed my diet. I am completely baffled by this itch and it is extremely annoying. Any suggestions? Thanks
