For The Last Few Years I Have Had Some Spinal

For the last few years I have had some spinal pain that wasn't to severe, but when I tried to fix my posture and help my back it made things worse. Now I'm in more pain than I was in before, and it is killing me. My right hip side isn't in the same spot as the left, and I was told that it is probably the cause of back problems, but my pain is getting worse and more symptoms are adding on. Please help me
