For The Last Month I Have Had Increased Neck And

For the last month I have had increased neck and shoulder pain/discomfort. It is uncompfortable during the day but first thing when I wake up (usually because of pain) is when my neck hurts the most and my shoulder is just uncomfortable. this morning I woke up to a headache and intense neck pain. I ended up taking 600mh of ibuprofine and a quater pill of flexerol to alleviate the pain.
