For The Last Month I Have To Blow Just The

For the last month I have to blow just the right side of my nose about every half hour. I have a clear drainage. Sometimes it is yellow but usually it is clear. Now I have realized I can't smell anything and can hardly taste anything. Do you know what this could be or what I can do to fix it?
