For The Last One Month I'm Having Pain In My

For the last one month I'm having pain in my left testicle and upper thigh portion. Initially had pain in both testicles. Bt now it is only in left testicle.the pain is not same throughout. Sometimes the intensity increases. Sometimes its totally gone. I tend to have less water and suffer from dehydration. It increases after having sex and slowly dies out. I m 25yrs of age. Pls do help.
