For The Last Several Months I Have Had Some Breast,

For the last several months I have had some breast, scapula and sternim pain and also some digestive issues. Was diagnosed with GORD 21years ago and have been on some form of medication for it ever since. Some of the digestive issues have been nausea and reflux of late. My own doctor examined me, but did not feel the breast was an issue and said the next step would possibly be an endoscopy. Do you have any thoughts on this. I vary from day to day with the pain being annoying to debilitating and also not always in the same spot.
