For The Last Six Weeks, I Have Been Experiencing Kidney

For the last six weeks, I have been experiencing kidney pain on my left side. Urine test and culture indicates e coli 10,000 to 50,000 cfu/ml. I have been on four different anti-biotics. First was MACROBID - 100mg 1 cap 2 times daily for 5 days. Second CIPRO - 500mg 2 caps 2 times daily for 5 days. Third was KEFLEX - 500mg 1 cap 3 times daily for 10 days. Currently on VIBRAMYCIN - 100mg 2 times daily for 10 days. I have four days remaining. My kidney pain has finally begun to subside. When should I be finally defeating this bug?
