For The Last Three Months In A Row I Have

For the last three months in a row I have awoke in the morning a severe throbbing headache and began vomiting shortly after I wake up. I just realized after this time when it happened that it has happened only on the day before I start my menstrual cycle every month. Mind you I am 33 years old and have never experienced anything like this before associated with my period and I have my tubes tied...what could be going on and should I see a doctor???
