For The Last Three Weeks Or So, I Have Had

For the last three weeks or so, I have had extremely dry eyelids. They are dry to matter how mucg vitamin e and moisturizer I use. I did go off birth control in the last month, so I am thinking the extra dry eyelids may be hormone related. Would you please let me know your thoughts on the symptoms and recommended treatments?
