For The Last Two Days, I Have Gotten A Sharp

For the last two days, i have gotten a sharp and sudden pain in my upper right leg, near my groin. The pain is very sharp and quick...maybe 3-4 sudden pains and then it goes away. My concern is if this could be a sign of an oncoming heart attack or circulation problem. I am 55.
