For The Last Week I've Had A Fluttery Feeling Above

For the last week I've had a fluttery feeling above and slightly behind my right ear... It is worse in the morning and feels like something under the skin sort of going in circular notion. It lessens as day goes on bit continues intermittently throughout the day... What could be causing this?
