For The Last Week I've Had Strange Bowel Movements- Softer

For the last week I've had strange bowel movements- softer than normal and very thin but with lots of tiny black specs every time. I have very slow digestion normally and often constipated. I haven't eaten anything different than normal and don't eat banana- I read that can cause this.
