For The Last Year, My Right Wrist Would Occasionally Give

For the last year, my right wrist would occasionally give me problems, I would have a low pain, but then my wrist would pop, and all would be well. However, the last couple of days, the pain will not go away. When I bend my wrist downward, I noticed a dent appearing near the distal and proximal row of my wrist. The dent is painful to touch, and when I do touch it, I feel bones at the top and bottom of the dent, the dent itself, feels like muscles and tendons. I do not have this problem on my other wrist, everything feels connected. help!!
