For The Passed Few Days I Have 2 Sores On

For the passed few days I have 2 sores on the inside of my bottom lip in the same place i used to have piercing but no longer have. The sore are sensitive to pretty much anything. But they dont seem to be getting any better. They arent bumps, they are flat, the one on the right is white.
