For The Passed Few Weeks I Have Been Experiencing Random

For the passed few weeks I have been experiencing random episodes of chills and feeling clamy. Also a little associated confusion and loss of focus on what I am doing. The only med change I have had is a decrease in my statin med, and during this time frame have been taking Zyrtec D, one tab per day. I have Type 2 Diabetes which is well controlled on 1 Metformin per day. The episodes usually last about an hour or so and then pass. I just visited my Internist 3 weeks ago and all blood studies were "perfect".
