For The Past 12 Hours I Have Felt Woozy, Slightly

For the past 12 hours I have felt woozy, slightly headchy, neck stiffness and slight nausea. Spent two hours in ER last night so no heart or stroke problems discovered. No fever. Have been under strees lately with alot of dental work and relationship anxiety. Feel sort of like I am swaying. Could it be a flu?
